How are returns handled if I open the hair dye but then decide it's not the right shade? Or if I have an allergic reaction?

I returned an unopened box once, and it was super easy. Not sure about opened stuff though.

I think for opened products, especially if it's a reaction, you'd probably want to contact their customer service directly. They might make an exception, but general policy is usually for unopened items. Worth asking them though!

I've only used The Henna Guys, but their beard dye worked pretty well on my grays. Took a couple applications to really get them covered, but it got there.

Hmm, I think both are pretty good. The Henna Guys definitely does a good job, and their stuff is really natural. I've heard good things about Color Lab too, but I stick with THG because it's been consistent for me.
